Definitely loving the infographics today.

Mashable has a great write-up on a dirty little secret of the internet - despite all the concerns about privacy (or the lack thereof) on Facebook and other sites, the fact remains that most go unread.  The reason: they’re just too freaking long.

Much like the ridiculous software EULA’s that are skipped through during installation, in the rush to sign up for the latest website that our friends have told us we have to be on, we usually blow right through all the details on the site’s privacy policy.  Usually nothing can come of it, but we don’t have a lot of room to complain if we don’t take the time to find out what we’re getting ourselves into.
