Nobody singer Michael "Shagg" Washington is suing Rockstar for allegedly using his likeness for the main character Carl "CJ" Johnson in their 2004 hit game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas." Washington claims that in 2003 he met with Rockstar as part of their research into gang and street life, and as a result used his likeness as the basis for the game's protagonist. Washington also appears to have been living in Guantanamo Bay for the past six years as he claims he only heard about the game last July from his nephew.
Washington wants 25% of the game's profits as damages.
Rockstar should respond that Washington actually inspired the character of OG Loc.
