XBOX 360 sales ban recommended by judge

Like your XBOX 360?  Well if a judge gets his way, the XBOX 360 will not be able to be sold in the United States due to patent infringement by Microsoft on four different Motorola patents (Motorola is now owned by Google).  I wouldn’t be going out and buying all the XBOX 360s you can just yet, as this is just a judgment by U.S. International Trade Commission judge David Shaw.  It will now have to go to the ITC’s board of commissioners and then after that to the desk of President Obama.  As always, all these lawsuits and legal battles not only hurt the losing company’s wallet, but it also hurts consumers as well.  Let’s hope this ruling just remains a recommendation and this doesn’t go any further past this point.  Updates will be posted when they are available.
