The profile does a good job of following Day from the start of her career through her idea for starting The Guild up to her present day success and the upcoming Dragon Age: Redemption shorts.  One interesting tidbit - prior to starting The Guild Day says she had been typecast as "the quirky secretary" and her writing venture enabled her to branch out and obtain the success she's had today.

While the internet isn't a world where people are just dying to hand you money, if you hustle like Day, Jonathan Coulton, Wil Wheaton, and Gary Vaynerchuk, you can do what you love and make a career of it.
