Wired has a great story about a YouTube user who has created a mashup of 36 covers of Radiohead's "Paranoid Android" that are on YouTube.  The mix is ideal given that the videos have a vast array of instruments, sound levels and such.  The musicians hail from all around the world and include a marching band and a kid in a bear suit.  Another great thing about this video is because Radiohead has encouraged remixes in the past this video will not get taken down by a DMCA complaint.
