From the countdown clock on the PAXEast site, we can assume that PAXEast 2011 will take place March 11-13 2011.  This has been confirmed in the Penny Arcade Forums by David Coffman.

It appears that PAXEast will need to move to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) due to the size of the crowds at PAXEast 2010.  There will be plusses and minuses to the move - inexpensive hotels are harder to come by in the area but it is well-served by transit and has a large parking area for those who would prefer driving.

LGOD will be there to do what we do best - whatever that is.
