English college student Anthony Rosner has made a documentary short "IRL" that details the depth to which World of Warcraft became a part of his life.  Rosner played WoW so much (and became involved in guild leadership) that he took a year off from college and stopped spending time with friends in the real world.  The documentary however ends on a positive note - Rosner eventually realized that his energies were better focused elsewhere and has since started going to the gym, focusing on his studies and working as a DJ.  Everything in balance, folks.
