Law enforcement's response to the LulzSec rampage continues as Scotland Yard announced the arrest of "Topiary," supposedly one of the key members of LulzSec.

Meanwhile, the FBI has been working on a list, provided by Paypal, of the top 1000 IP addresses responsible for protest traffic in Anonymous' Operation Payback campaign against Paypal in January.

It remains to be seen if the arrests stem the tide of hacking or renew its vigor.
